60s Vintage Purple Houndstooth Wool Double-breasted Jacket & Skirt Suit M/L

This nice quality late 60s suit is labeled Phil Rose of California, and the skirt's label adds "Fun Collection." Who could argue? There are 100% Virgin Wool Woolmark tags, and the fabric is fine wool in a grape purple and white houndstooth check. The jacket and skirt are both lined in purple taffeta. The jacket has a peacoat look, with a double-breasted front and pockets. In back there is a flap with slits.

The skirt is straight and has a smooth, no-waistband waist with a back nylon zipper.

Condition: Excellent!
