All Rover items are handmade in our Toronto studio using the highest quality fabrics and close attention to detail.
SIZING - For our pointed collars, measure your cat’s neck circumference in inches, making sure not to pull the measuring tape too tight or too loose. Our pointed collars have a front velcro closure that allows you to adjusted to the size of your cat's neck.
Our pointed collars can be machine washed in cold water and hung to dry.
ORDERING YOUR COLLAR - Choose the neck size your cat requires from the drop down menu. Need a size not listed in our drop down menu? Select the “Made to Order” option and let us know what size you require in the “Note to Rover” box that will be available during checkout.
SHIPPING - Rover ships all items out of Toronto, Canada. We do our best to bring you the lowest shipping costs, while maintaining reasonable shipping times. Orders are shipping out within 2-5 days and take approximately 4-7 business days via air mail. If you need your item to arrive by a certain date contact us and we will do our best to help you out!
