Painted with non-toxic acrylic paints and then sealed so it’s safe for baby. Paint does not lift when it encounters the inevitable streams of drool (i.e.: waterproof). Pacifiers are brand new and have never been used. Only MAM and Avent are available for this style of pacifier.
