The Warrior Salve was extensively tested by a group of women training to walk the Susan G. Komen 3 Day for the Cure. These women log on average 500 training miles, followed by 60 miles over the course of 3 days for the event itself.
**WARRIOR SALVE**
Originally concocted to help ease sore muscles, this salve has also been known to help ease the pain of strains, sprains, and bruises. Whether your muscles are aching from pushing too hard during a work out or even just having spent too much time working in the garden, this salve will help take the edge off.
Pain relieving, anti-spasmodic organic herbs were infused in medicinal olive oil and blended with essential oils and beeswax to create this salve.
Tester Review:
-I LOVE this muscle salve! I've been able to use it on a few different types of muscle pain (e.g., tired muscles, sore muscles, and injured muscles) and found the salve to be effective on each type. Most pains were alleviated after one use while more severe injuries felt improvement over a couple days. And best of all...no stinky medicine smell! ~ Jami
Use: Rub a little in where you feel sore; the rubbing is an added bonus of giving yourself a little massage. Be sure to wash your hands when you're done.
Salve comes packaged in a 2 oz. reusable steel tin. Athena's Armoury & Apothecary is committed to recycling and repurposing: please reuse this container when you run out of salve.
Salve may sweat or melt a little in transport during the hot summer months (which is why it is shipped USPS Priority Mail). Just stick it in your refrigerator for a little while to solidify.

**FOOT SOAK**
This wonderful foot soak includes natural ingredients that are anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, pain relieving, skin softening, and aromatic.
Lavender is a wonderfully relaxing herb and smells lovely! Mugwort is used to invigorate tire feet (and was once used by Roman soldiers to relieve aching feet on their long marches). Sage helps relieve joint pain and is strengthening. Rosemary helps increase circulation and is a natural muscle relaxant. Baking soda softens the skin. Epsom salt is magnesium sulfate which, absorbed through the skin, not only increases magnesium levels in the body but also acts as a sedative for the nervous system, reduces swelling, and relaxes muscles. It also draws toxins from the body and is a natural exfoliant.
Use: Make yourself comfortable in the coziest chair you have. Slowly immerse your feet in the hot (as hot as you can stand) water. Cover the basin with a thick towel to keep the heat in. Have a friend massage your head and shoulders while you sip a cup of herbal tea and relax. Add some smooth river rock to the bottom of the basin to give your feet a massage while they're soaking. 2-3 tablespoons per foot soak bath (approximately 2-5 soaks per tin depending on use).
Foot soak comes packaged in an 8 oz. reusable steel tin. Athena's Armoury & Apothecary is committed to recycling and repurposing: please reuse this container when you run out of the soak.
Ships via USPS Priority Mail.
