Whootie Who the owl is saying happy to meet you and he is so glad you stopped by. He is a sweet, sweet boy who would love to come spend the fall with you and even into Spring. Whootie Who has one vintage eye and one that is a rusty bell. He is made from muslin that was stuffed with clean, new polyfil. He was then tea dyed, and dry brushed with a blend of browns and tans for his feathers and then sanded till he was soft, soft, soft and worn. Then he was tea dyed again. On his chest is a tag held on with a rusty safety pin with his favorite saying--Whootie Who! His little wings are primly stitched and simply stitched on with a few cross stitches. Whootie Who is approx. 9 inches tall.
Whootie Who loves to sit near the window and watch the leaves move and hear the geese honking as they fly over head. He would be most happy tucked into a basket or sitting with a prim dolly friend. He needs help to sit because when he flew out of the nest for the first time he hurt one of his feet, so he has a hard time balancing, and he is unable to sit on his own. He is a polite little owl and would be very happy to be with you.
Whootie Who was lovingly created in my clean, smoke free home using a pattern by Paxton Valley Folk Art. I do have a fur baby that observes from a distance, however! Whootie Who is intended for decorative use, and not as a toy. He is not suitable for children under the age of 13.
