This necklace presents a very fine work of micro macrame , uniquely designed in a beautiful pattern.
The technique is called cavandoli macrame - many many knots to reach this outcome.
I used black , white , turqoise and red wax cords, which are very durable.
They are waterproof , fade resistant and washable by hand with mild soap and gentle rubbing.
For extra interest I knotted the whole piece over a metal ring base.
I added red coral beads at the sides of the necklace.
Coral is known as a stone that gives strength and willingness to meet challenges and critical situations in life. It is a good stimulant for the root chakra
The string is knotted from black, red and white wax cords , it is beaded and has an adjustable pull-tie closure.
Wear it as a choker or lower, as a necklace - you choose .
Approximate measurements: the body of the necklace: 3.7" (9.5cm) wide , 2.6" (6.5cm) long (including the metal ring )
The braided necklace max length: 25.2" (64cm) .
