How do I begin the ordering process with Beacon Lane?
*To start the ordering process, please purchase this $100.00 deposit listing and we will email you shortly after to collect all your info.
*Three emailed proofs are included with your deposit. During the proofing process you can customize your wedding invitations and approve before we print, assemble, and mail.

BEACON LANE WEDDING INVITATIONS
Are sold in either an envelope (as a "separate" or "bundled" invite) or in a boxed version.
SEPARATE INVITES
Include the large ceremony card with backing paper, a large overall blank envelope, a response card and response envelope with return address digital printing and motif.

BUNDLED INVITES
Are completely assembled with all of the cards bundled together. These are mailed to you ready to be stamped and stuffed into the large envelopes. Digital return address printing on the response envelope is included along with backing paper behind the ceremony card, a belly band, and tag.

BOXED INVITES
Are completely assembled with all cards bundled together with belly band, flower or tag. This bundle is then wrapped in material and placed in a mailer box. The mailer box is sealed with a paper name band and completely wrapped in kraft paper with your guest’s address and your return address/motif.

Domestic orders USPS Priority (tracking, insurance, signature upon delivery).
International orders USPS Express (tracking, insurance, signature upon delivery).
*Shipping prices for finished orders are not listed within the deposit purchase. Please ask for a shipping quote.
*International orders are subject to tax per country. Finished orders may be held in customs until your tax has been paid.

How can I check out the designs I’m interested in, before placing a deposit?
Sample of all of our wedding invitation designs are available for purchase through our Etsy shop. Samples are pre-made and come exactly with the materials, fonts, ink color , etc., shown in the photos. We are happy to include any additional paper or ribbon/twine swatches so you can get a feel for our color & material options. Just include your request in the buyer’s note while purchasing!

How can I make this design fit my wedding theme?
We’re glad you asked! All paper, envelope, ink color, backing paper, and belly band color/type, wording & fonts are completely customizable during the ordering process.
Popular changes include: paper type, envelope color/type (solid/metallic/ recycled/speckled), ink color (we can accommodate custom colors, we do not have a color chart), backing paper color/type (solid or metallic), belly band color/type (ribbon/lace/twine/raffia/tulle/burlap), wording, fonts (see photo above for font guide) and language type.

How long before I receive my wedding invitations?
*Please see the shop announcement for up to date production timelines, as these may vary according to season.
*Rush and expedited orders are available for wedding invitation orders on a limited basis. Please inquire for further information about rush services.
*Day of wedding stationery (menu cards, table numbers, place cards, programs) and save the dates could be completed within a two week turnaround time.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY FINISHED PAPER GOODS?
*We ship via USPS mail.
*All wedding stationery is carefully checked/packaged and sent via US Priority Mail (3 to 5 days for domestic residents) or US Express Mail (5 to 7days for international residents) with a signature due at delivery, insurance, and a tracking number.
