Bright, playful flowers grow on this 14" x 14" pillow handcrafted from a blue salvaged wool blanket along with a variety of felted wool sweaters. One flower is adorned with a hand-crocheted wool cozied button. Another flower has a touch of recycled leather used in it's center. The "stems" are made from strands of repurposed sweater "seams" - a great way to reuse every part of tag sale sweaters. It is filled with a standard pillow form.
It's a great accent for spring, summer and fall - and the best pick-me-up for chilly winters!
I gift-wrap all my items before shipping to you. The last photo shows a sample package utilizing brown craft paper, recycled t-shirt strips and topped with one of my favorite recycled felted wool flowers.
