It's also a great example of a 1970s hard hat to add to a Bell Telephone collection.
The white plastic helmet is a "Hard Boiled" model, made in the U.S.A. by E.D. Bullard. Co. of Sausalito, California. All of its safety stickers are intact--let me know if you'd like photos of them.
The inside harness is adjustable to fit hat sizes 6-1/2 to 7-5/8.
The hard hat has been used in the field--the reflective stripes are chipped and the top has some wear. It's the real deal!
