11 beads-appx. 10 x 15mm
These have 3/32 holes. Of course, annealed from flame to kiln.
A little trivia about the name of these beads, Little Diomede. Little Diomede is an island of Alaska (see my photo please). It is the smaller of the two Diomede Islands located in the middle of the Bering Strait between the Alaska mainland and Siberia. Its neighboring island Big Diomede is less than 2.4 mi (3.9 km) to the west, but is part of Russia and west of the International Date Line. The island has a population of 170. And because of the remotness of this place and how it is frozen in sea ice most of the year is what inspired this set of beads for me.
