So far back…. who can remember.
That April or May or forgotten December.
When someone had taken a box, trunk or crate.
And carelessly tossed in this black roller skate.
“Its just a boot upon wheels”
And of course they were right,
But now it’s a whirly Spirillian delight.
I created this truly unusual birdhouse using a vintage roller skate, some barbed wire and a brass bell. It measures about 20” X 14”.
