vintage royal blue dress / 1980s / size 14 / xl

From londonvintage

an elegant royal blue dress with an elasticated waist and pleated skirt. the dress has ruched shoulders and 3/4 length sleeves ending in a buttoned cuff. it has a high neck and the shoulders are lightly padded (padding could easily be removed). the fabric is a poly chiffon with a raised polka dot pattern. the top is lined while the skirt is sheer which means it drapes and flows beautifully.
