July has rainbow in her heart and loves to wear heavy artistic make-up.
Others think she is a bit crazy and totally weird with all these bright colors she likes to surround herself with, and this make-up she puts around her eyes.
July tends to do whatever she wants, not because a lack of structure but because she wants to enjoy every second of this life she was gifted with.
