PRODUCTION TIME:
All orders ship in 5-10 business days.
USA:
Orders are shipped United States Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. USPS Priority delivers in 2-3 business days and USPS First Class delivers in 2-5 business days.
INTERNATIONAL:
Orders are shipped United States Postal Service First Class International Mail or Priority International Mail (depending on your package size) and can take anywhere between 2-8 weeks for delivery depending on Customs delays. Typically, most international orders arrive within 4 weeks.
Please note that the USPS First Class International Service does not provide tracking beyond the USA border and therefore I cannot provide a tracking number for First Class International shipments.

• Most of the decal sets come separated in parts and EASY step-by-step detailed instructions are included.
• Most of the decals can be custom sized larger or smaller, please contact me for pricing.
• The material is a HIGH QUALITY MATTE vinyl that is so thin it looks like paint once applied to the wall and is guaranteed to last up to 4 years for interior application.
• Walls need to be clean and smooth prior to application, slight texture is okay.
• If you have recently painted the wall, the paint needs time to cure before applying decals. Read the label on the can for specific curing/drying times for your paint, typically it is 2-4 weeks. If you don't know then I recommend you wait 4 weeks to ensure the vinyl will not fail.
• You can easily remove the decals from the wall without damaging the paint but you cannot reuse them.
• I cannot, however, guarantee the condition of every surface therefore I cannot be responsible for any damage that could occur upon removal.
• I have an INSTALL GUARANTEE where if any part of the decal is damaged during application I will send replacements and/or give a refund in cases where the decals fail. I stand behind my product 100%, so please contact me if you are having trouble or if you want some help with application, I will do my best to offer advice and suggestions to help you.
