Toppers are made from wafer paper, its similar to rice paper. It's FDA approved and Kosher.
Ingredients: potato starch,water,vegetable oil.
They can actually be put on ANYTHING with white icing, brownie, rice krispy treats, you name it. They come pre-cut, and hold up great in the mail.
Just put them on anything with white icing under them. You get 12, 2 and 1/4 inch cupcake/cookie toppers. You can have 3 image choices (4 of each) with each set/item you order. Contact me after your purchase with personalization details and your image choices.

I ship out in about 1 day, standard shipping through the USPS (United States Postal Service) Shipping can take 3-7 days in the USA but I have seen it take over 2 weeks and it's out of my hands. Priority mail is $4.50 extra, contact me BEFORE your order if you want to add on priority mail, that is 2-3 days shipping time in the USA, but may take 1 or 2 days longer.
