Large hand painted 1930 skull and crossbones design.
With the letters I.P.C & R in the middle bone.
Made of extremely fine materials such as, cow hide leather and brass like hardware.
Has a yellow taupe like inside coloring with a fancy old style lettering bottom label.
Picture's are very true to condition. Some tearing of the leather on the backside, plus scratches and dust!!

I believe the bag its self is from early 1900 - 1910 and was hand painted in 1930
