The little bag falls into the category of a miser bag as it slightly pulls open at the top with the cords always attached. (see photo) The ring could have been fastened on a belt clip or pin with hook. The cording is very soft and has a sheen to it. There is a loopy fringe on the purse flap and at the bottom.
From the top ring to bottom of fringe is 9 7/8 inches long. Purse body is 4 1/4 in. x 2 in. Some threads were loose and have been secured. There are some broken threads on the top ring. All beads are secure.
