I needle felted a firm wool pincushion into the opening of this creamy off white planter in a pretty flesh colored wool roving, I added a few pins, one is vintage. This piece would be perfect to use in many ways, pincushion, jewelry display, antique hat pin collection holder or perhaps a prop for taking photos of jewelry. The planter has no cracks or chips but there is a blemish at the bottom in the back, I think it happened when it was made in the factory, it doesn't bother me one bit.
measurements are: 8 1/4 inches tall, 4 1/4 inches wide and 4 inches deep.
The pin cushion is not glued in.
