Portland BINGO - 2nd version

Portland BINGO - 2nd version

Welcome to Round 2! This is the 2nd version of PORTLAND BINGO! With all new places, and one sign (you know who you are) that changed so we had to change it too. I think the hardest spot to find might be "The Sun" if you are playing in the winter months. But who doesn't like a challenge? You'll just have to drive out to Hood River or something and have some soup.

This 11"x14" print is a collaboration with the talented Bishop Lennon. We each drew half of the images that we felt represented our fair city, Portland, Oregon. The free space in the middle is a rose, for the Rose City and the others are typical sites around town. How to play? Jump in your Hybrid car (that's one space right there), leap over a mossy roof (another point) and view the lovely "used to be Made in Oregon" sign that is now the "Portland, Oregon" sign. (Almost there!) Stop at a Thai restaurant (hard to find, I know) and get passed by a bike delivery person or crazy zoo bomber! (BINGO, BINGO and BINGO!!!) Other spaces include urban chicken coops, free piles and California plates, (you have 6 months to change those, buddy), community gardens and craft distilleries. Local landmarks like the Chapman Chimney, Paul Bunyan Statue, Skidmore Fountain and the Joan of Arc Statue should be pretty easy. Get your grub on with Micro-Breweries and Coffee Roasters, and take a bite out of that Giant Spinning Bread if you can (just follow your nose). Did you know that some Simpsons characters were named after Portland streets? And that Portland has both the largest (Forest Park) AND smallest park (Mill Ends Park) within city limits in the entire USofA? You didn't? See - this art is educational.

Made for all those who live here or just love it! Enjoy our great outdoors!

Print: 11x14", digitally printed with archival inks on acid free paper. Print ships flat with protective plastic sleeve and backing.

*Let us know in "Notes to Seller" if you want red, blue or green. Also, if you're in Portland, let us know if you want to come to the studio and pick it up. We'll refund your $5 shipping!
