vintage 1930s prussian blue silk velvet swing dress with cross bodice, short split sleeves, shirred shoulders and bust, wide waist with elaborate floral beading, slide belt at the back, swingy skirt and metal side zipper. silk velvet is very lightweight with tons of pretty movement.
