Do not buy this unless yu are Tiffany. This is a pretty floral shirt dress. It has ruffled cuffed sleeves and a tie front boat neck collar. The tags are still attatched as this item was never worn. The colors are fabulous and the perfect splash of color to a cool crisp day. It is made of a thin printed acetate. So Groovy.
