This design started life as an experiment. I've recently learnt a new technique in tatting and decided to see what it would look like as a wrap-around bracelet. Here's the result!
This bracelet consists of two hand tatted braids - one in high quality black cotton thread, the other in high quality deep fuchsia cotton thread, that end in silver plated leather crimps. The two crimps at each end are attached to a silver plated split ring (ie one at each end of the length of braid). These rings hold the two braids together. The design is finished off with a 50 mm extension chain and a silver plated bolt clasp.
Each braid is 2 mm wide and the bracelet is 15 1/2 inches long (including clasp and extension chain). This allows it to be wrapped around the wrist twice.
This will fit wrists of 6 inches and below, to 7 inches. If you would like a longer bracelet please contact me with your request.
It would look great with a goth or a punk outfit.
This may look delicate but it is actually durable.
It comes in its own gift box with care instructions included.
