(Intercourse , Pa) in the mid 90s, I am offering two quilts both
were in my guest rooms.Please take a moment to look at my other
quilt auction.
This one is a 9 panel with Cherries as the main theme in a ring pattern,
the hem is scalloped and there is wonderful stitch detail all around the sides of
hearts and swags, this quilt is known as a 4 square, that means that all sides are
finished as unlike most quilts, the Amish allow for pillows to be covered.
There is a separate design for the pillow area.
This quilt is called winter weight as its a little heavier than some.
It is NOT the super thick weight you would find with a prairie quilt or mountain quilt but it
does have some weight and batting fill to it.
As this quilt was made in the 90s this is not the old cotton but a cotton blend.
Measurements:
86 width, the 9 squares measure 60" across
length is 104"
CONDITION:
Clean, no stains, no tears.
As stated this is a winter weight quilt shipping will be
