A new take on friendship jewelry, I think a wonderful gift to give or receive is a knot ring! An infinity knot shows forever friendship, or love, committment, or the forever bond of sisters... whatever interpretation has meaning to you!
This listing is for a set of two: each ring will be handmade to your size[s], and will arrive individually giftwrapped in little tins [pictured].
To make the rings I will handform the knots and then size, cut, solder, smooth, and hand polish the rings. The rings are hammered for strength and form while keeping the original shape of the wire [round], and given an extensive finishing tumble polish for gorgeous shine and added strength. I take care to create a seamless ring; you will find only beautiful smooth Silver where the solder line is!
•••CREATION•••: Your rings will be made within a week of purchase [or, in the case that you do not specify a ring size upon purchase, a week within notification of ring size[s]].
•••SIZING•••: Your rings will be custom made in the size[s] you specify upon checkout. I am happy to offer any size, between size 2 and 16, half and quarter sizes included! The two rings may be ordered in different sizes.
Please be sure to include your size[s] in "notes to IndulgentDesigns" [in your cart] upon purchase; if you do not, and I am not able to contact you to clarify within a reasonable timeframe, I will send a size 7 for each.
•••MATERIALS•••: Handmade from Sterling Silver, I use a high quality brand of Sterling called Argentium. This is a tarnish resistant Sterling Silver, made from 100% recycled Silver! It's guaranteed to be free of any Nickel, and is a beautiful bright color of Silver with a gorgeous shine.
Argentium is tarnish resistant not only from the addition of Germanium to the mix [instead of some of the copper in the traditional alloy], but also from the higher Silver content [Argentium is 93% Silver, rather than the traditional 92.5%].
Though Argentium is a bit more expensive than traditional Sterling Silver [due to the higher Silver content], I feel the benefits highly worthwhile, and as it's my personal preference to work with and wear, it's what I create all of my Silver metalwork with!
•••SHIPPING•••: Rings will ship within a week of purchase [after it's been made especially for you!], via CanadaPost's airmail service, to the address you've selected to be shipped to while in PAYPAL [not in Etsy].
