This is an original oil painting on a standard (actually Blick Art) canvas panel, 8" x 10", (I think the panel is about 1/8" thick, as you might be able to see in the last snapshot) and it comes unframed, and signed by me, Susan D. Kennedy, with my initials in the bottom right corner. I was in a painting frenzy the other night, not happy about anything but using lots of red paint. What a cure for the blahs, to paint quickly and loosely from one's imagination. When I paint flowers from memory they end up being rich and loose, with mysterious backgrounds that are like a place from a dream. There is a detail shots in there among the others, hopefully you can get a feel for how this piece looks.
