This vintage frame was begging for an up-cycle. What I did was spray paint this old gold frame lime green and attached a ribbon and a vintage ceramic rose. Voila! Perfecto. Mr. Pigeon is so modest he has no comments regarding his modeling career. Let's just say this was shot in a little place called France.
