DESCRIPTION:
Inspired by radial symmetry in nature, this sculptural clock features twelve stylized petals of amber bamboo radiating out from the center. These elements gain dimension through a subtle chamfered detail, while a beveled edge on the center disc reveals a highlight of aluminum. The clock sits off the wall to enhance its depth of form with shadow. A continuous quartz movement drives the hands in smooth quiet motion.
The Bloom Clock is made by Schmitt Design, in partnership with a network of vendors in the Sacramento region.
