This is a one of a kind handmade skirt in navy blue. The fabric has some stretch to it. It is a heavier weight waffle thermal fabric. Wear this skirt around your bust and it doubles as a dress! It's a very comfortable piece that is easy to layer and wear year round.

Measurements are taken while laying flat. Please keep in mind this is a stretchy material so it has some give to it! :)
