These words open Amy Heckerling's pivotal teen comedy CLUELESS (1995), an intelligent and hilarious update of Jane Austen's EMMA. It's one of my favorite movies and I love that opening line. My original poster design for the film features Cher (Alicia Silverstone) during one of the later scenes as she realizes she's in love with someone. The fountain behind her sprays up and glows pink, as indicated by some ink drips.
It's perfect for the sassy shopaholic, teenage drama queen, or third-wave feminist in your life!
