This is a medium sized cuff. The width is about 2 1/2 inches (6 cm). The button and elastic closure allows for a flexible fit. It is eight inches (20cm) in length. With the current button placement and some overlap, the circumference when closed is about 7 inches (18 cm). The button can be moved to change the size.
