Halloween horror art Ghost Sisters of the Tower gothic original painting

"Ghost Sisters of the Tower" is an original acrylic painting on flat canvas board. Two spectral girls drift through a dark woodland from an ominous black tower beneath the full moon. Tinted blue and purple, among the purple trees, they leave a graveyard in their wake as bats fly overhead. Inspired by gothic horror films, Victorian ghost stories and too much Dark Shadows as a kid, this is a unique gothic image for Halloween or any time.

This is an image I first painted a version of in 2002 and now I am happy to offer a new original painting of this scene. For anyone who likes ghosts or dark fantasy woodland scenes, or just gothic ethereal imagery in general.
