Cayenne has thin 5-6 inch long pointed fruit which matures to a deep red.
Excellent used fresh in sauces or easy to dry to preserve as ground cayenne or crushed cayennne pepper.
Each plant provides a bountiful harvest.

Sow indoors 8 weeks before last frost. Sow outdoors after all danger of frost ¼” deep and ½” apart in well drained soil. Rows 24-36” apart. Keep moist until established. Germination 10-20 days: Maturity 70-75 days. Requires warm temperatures and sunlight. Water as required.
