These earrings are a tribute to my favorite kitschy tippling companion: the cocktail monkey! Cast in red bronze, these earrings have delightful texture and a warm color that has been hand oxidized and finished. The tails of each monkey have been extensively hand-ground into a smooth, graceful curve. And don't forget those tiny, monkey eyes! Each earring features two black, 1mm Swarovski crystals set into the eyes for a subtle and surprising glimmer.
These earrings are suitable for pierced ears that can accommodate earring posts that measure 16g or slightly higher.
Each earring weighs a couple ounces but are far from being too heavy! I wear mine often- from morning till bedtime- and receive nothing but compliments!
These earrings are cast in Providence, Rhode Island and are hand finished and hand buffed to a satiny shine. Earrings will experience some natural patina and, over time, will grow into a unique piece of wearable art.
