Smudge sticks are used in traditional Native American ceremonies to purify people and places. There are similar ceremonies in many cultures where herbs are burned for cleansing. Smudging can be used to counteract depression, anger or bitterness.
Your choice of color: light purple, green, yellow, mustard yellow, orange, blue, teal, pink and white. Smudge thick sage sticks measure approximately 1/2-1" thick and 7" long. They last a long time!

NOTE: My Smudge Sticks are made with self-harvested sage, herbs and flowers that are native to the the Methow Valley (northern Washington state). Although medicinal to native tribal peoples of the desert, they are safe for burning but could be toxic if accidentally consumed.
Another NOTE: I make my sage with FRESH, sage, so it takes a few days for it to dry once you've placed your order. Therefore, your sage may arrive still needing a few days to sit on the counter to dry before burning! It is very, very fresh. : )
