Great vintage misses' pioneer/centennial/square dance costume by Simplicity circa 1959, pattern no. 3294. From envelope back: "Misses' Centennial Costume and Square Dance Dress and Bonnet: Dress has a fitted bodice and full gathered skirt. V. 1 and 2 long dress has high round neckline, 3/4 length sleeves and button trim. Matching bonnet has brim, gathered crown and ribbon tie ends. V. 1 features shaped bodice trim, contrasting collar and lower sleeves. Ribbon and lace detail dress. V. 2 dress is trimmed with eyelet edging and rick rack. V. 3 street length dress has puff sleeves, low round neckline, self fabric ruffle, rick rack and lace insertion trim."
Pattern is cut, complete, and in excellent condition. Instructions are in very good condition. Envelope is in poor condition with extensive ripping and tearing, however, most of the printing on back is still legible and most of the illustration on front is intact.
