vintage bakelite necklace / 1940s jewelry / SMARTIES

A vintage 1940s necklace with thin, colorful bakelite disks. The disks - which are probably re-purposed poker chips - are pumpkin orange, marbled butterscotch, avocado green, red and black. Each disk is drilled at the top and secured to the chain with a brass jump ring. The chain is brass with discoloration consistent with age. A fun, colorful piece.
