vintage glass ring / 1940s jewelry / AMBRATO

A vintage "toy" ring set with a glass stone. The ring is quite small and roughly engraved with a flower and leaves on each of the shoulders. The feature stone is a dark orange glass cabochon set with an open back. The band is silvertone base metal with a brassy wash on the exterior. There is a small chip in the glass cab and "distressed" coloration on the metal, but overall appearance is charming and the ring wears well.
