Unless otherwise stated, they will come as shoe clips. However, they can be personalized with the backing of your choice: shoe clips, hair clips, combs, brooch pins (some backings may not be suitable for large or small flowers, if you are not sure which backing to choose, please ask).

NOTE: I use the best "shoe clip" findings on my shoe clips, they are the finest quality available in the world ;) If you have done any research on the subject you know that most shoe clips fall apart at the hinges after a few uses. Mine are the very wellmade French Bluette clip, which is nickel plated and tested to last. (MADE SPECIALLY FOR SHOES) a lot of times some sellers use baby alligator clips, made for hair or clip ons earings, and those are unconfortable! ... since they are not made for shoes ;)
