This is a single cartilage chain earring- the silver colored chain dangles between a pierced post at the lobe and a silver-plated 6mm wide cuff higher on the ear.
(Is your cartilage pierced? I can instead use a pierced post on the top instead of the cuff. See info below.)
The chain is made from bright aluminum wire. From the pierced lobe post (regular metal) dangles a Tibetan silver wing charm and a frosted blue and white glass bead. The entire ear-piece is 3 3/4" (9.5 cm) long from the ear cuff to the bottom of the wing, and is about 2" (5.1 cm) long between the cuff to the bottom earring post. The dangle from the lobe post is about 1 3/4" (4.4 cm).
Note: the mannequin's head and ear are smaller than a human's, so the cuff part looks kind of awkward. Sorry about that!
