Useful for scrapbooking, ATCs, altered books, and artwork of all kinds, beeswax paper lends heft, sturdiness, archival quality, the slight scent of honey, and the vintage, yellow tone of beeswax to your project.
You will receive one sheet of paper, a page from an old Funk & Wagnalls dictionary. Your page measures almost 6" by almost 9", and is hand-dipped by me in local beeswax. The beeswax makes the paper yellow, smooth, thicker, slightly translucent, and waterproof. You can draw, paint, or glue on the beeswax paper, providing that you use the appropriate tools for working on top of wax, and you can cut, punch, and sew the paper, remembering that the newly-cut edges will not be waterproof.
