Lacy little snowflakes with glints of gold make these lovely earrings perfect for the holiday season ... but they could also transition to spring and summer with their glass flower center section and look of tatted lace. I made these using small 11/0 seed beads and embellished the snowflake edges with tiny 15/0 dichroic gold seed beads. Lovely Aurora Borealis glass flower beads highlight the center of each snowflake and adorns the gold-tone earrings. More aurora borealis beads in faceted rondells decorate the earring hooks.
Earring hooks are handmade by me using a gold finished, brass crafting wire that has a special acrylic coating on it (to protect and prevent tarnishing).
Sweetly pretty and all handmade by me ... for under $20 these handcrafted earrings would be a bargain but for under $10 they're a steal !

PLEASE NOTE : Earring wire is 20 gauge so it is not as thin or flimsy as 22 gauge. Standard stud or post earrings are almost always 20 gauge, some are even slightly bigger and most quality hook or hoop earrings are also usually 20 gauge. However a few people prefer a thinner wire so if you happen to have very small earlobe piercings you may find these gauge uncomfortable.
