The heart is lasercut from white acrylic that is a beefy 0.21 inches thick and mounted onto a night light base with an on/off switch.
A 4watt bulb is included, and more bulbs are available at any hardware store.
The box is screen-printed with a chipboard insert that holds the nightlight fixed until taken out of the box. The plug is turned to the side to fit flat in the box.
Perfect to present as a gift- you hardly need to wrap it.

The fancy box measures 6 1/2 x 6 1/2 by 2 inches.
This item is made in my studio, where I do everything from cutting and assembling the parts with a lasercutter to screen-printing the packaging by hand. I also work closely with a local supplier that allows me to recycle my acrylic scraps. Keeping my production small and in-house has allowed me to keep manufacturing waste to a minimum!
PLEASE NOTE-- I used to offer this night light with a light-sensor instead of an on/off switch, but the sensors produced unpredictable results with the different light variations in people's homes. I have decided to discontinue the light sensing version for now.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS= this night light is made for North American outlets, the voltage and plug are different from outlets in the UK and Europe, Asia and Australia. You would need an adaptor and convertor to use it, I believe.
