A: Any printer or photo developer of your choice or you can print them on your home printer. You can check out Kinko's, Office Depot/Max, Vista Print or local printer for pricing.
Q: Where do I purchase the supplies?
For cardstock and 5 3/4" envelopes, check out www.paper-source.com (envelopes in image are Chartreuse). I recommend using an 80# weight cardstock (or heavier).
