This is a broom stick horse. The head is cut from pine wood. The yarn mane is securely glued into a groove cut into the head. The bridle is also securely glued in place. The dowel is 7/8 " in diameter and 36" long
This is just one example, and just as with my rocking horses I will gladly decorate and paint these to your specifications.
The listed shipping price includes the entire toy, but if you are willing to purchase a dowel from your local home improvement store it will greatly decrease the shipping cost. And I will also adjust the price to deduct the dowel.
