This book purse has been made from a vintage "Pride and Prejudice" book by the world famous Jane Austen. This beautiful book is cherry red with a gold gilt design. I chose a fabric that brings out the colors of the book while still giving it the antique look. There are two pockets included, one of which is big enough to hold a Kindle 3 ereader (or slightly larger please see measurements). The beaded handles blend well with the fabric and the gold hardware and button match the book. An elastic band for simple closure.
