The tag says it is a Georgee Originals California. I can't tell the size on the tag. It look like it says style 12, but it could be size 12. The collar is nice on large, but not too large. There are some "pleats" or darts on the front, to give it a nice fitted look, instead of being all baggy.
Here are the measurements I took while the shirt was lying flat:
arm pit to arm pit: 21"
shoulder to shoulder: 16"
sholder seam to end of sleeve: 22.5"
shoulder seam to bottom of shirt: 26"
I'm thinking these make this a large.
This shirt does not smell like smoke.
I can't find anything wrong with the shirt-it looks in excellent condition-polyester wears like steel.

This garment is being stored in a non-smoking home, but as it is a vintage piece I don't know where it has spent its whole life. Additionally, I suggest that all vintage clothing is cleaned after purchase.
