Measures: 5.5" tall and 10" wide at handle.
Condition: Hairline crack on the lid (note photo 2) and the glaze has chipped off on the lid lip (photo 4) Plus there is a very small area where the transferware has been rubbed off. Other than these three obvious faults, this teapot has been well-cared-for.
I was unable to locate this exact backstamp and the nearest I could find was shown on the website below. These are the only other stamps inside the notched circle. If you can add any light to the age of this teapot, I would love to hear from you.

While every effort is made to research the backstamps of all my china pieces, I am not an expert and often rely on my encyclopedia of British pottery marks, or the many online resources for tracking down dates of manufacture. I also try to slip in a shot of the backstamps, so the buyer can verify, or research the item themselves.
We love to ship to our overseas customers and/or process multiple orders, and while this program does not support a shipping calculator, we do make every effort to calculate accurate shipping for you. If it happens that you have been overcharged, you will be refunded during PayPal processing.
