Set comes complete with our 2-tone Blue & Brown Multi-Layered TuTu, chiffon Petti-Top, and coordinating headpiece. Each piece can be used separately or mix-n-match with others items.

Top is very stretchy and will fit from 6 months - 5 or 6 year old.
TuTu waist is 20" (unstretched) and can be pinned for smaller girls and has stretching
capabilities to fit up to size 8. Please let us know if you need a smaller waistband.
