This vintage set of Japanese hadajuban lingerie was made to be worn under a kimono or yukata. It was made in the 1970's of a light cotton that is similar to Egyptian cotton and has not been worn. The borders are all lace and the bottom is a wrap with ties that forms a large rectangle. The top is like a traditional light-weight blouse. The measurements for the top are: 24" at the top of the neck to the bottom (62cm), 12 1/2" from the dropped shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve (32cm), and 23" from armpit to armpit folded over as it would be when worn (58cm). The skirt: 53" width of the rectangle (134cm), and 37" from the waist to the bottom (94cm). There is one discolored light spot on the skirt . This fits small and medium sizes and both top and bottom were made to wrap around the body .
