Plum Jam with Rosemary, 6 oz

As you know, I could just make buckets and buckets of plum jam. But I thought I'd experiment with the savory aspects a bit. The earthy herbal quality of rosemary is the perfect complement to these tart Italian plums. I added a couple green peppercorns to each jar, to give a little bite. Use as a marinade for game, duck, chicken, or pork, or serve with your favorite funky blue cheese.

Plums come from Kuhn Orchards in Cashtown, PA.
